When I was studying for my physics degree, I was one of very few women. It wasn't the friendliest environment, and I want to change that. I want anyone who is interested to feel like they belong in STEM.

Growth mindset over "being smart"
Conceptual understanding rather than just memorization
Active, motivated puzzles rather than rote practice problems
Customizing learning for each individual
And that learning is intrinsically fun!
