How to Open and Play the Games
The games are all sent as zip files, so you have to extract them for the images to show!
Instructions:
Download the game folder
On PC: When the folder is downloaded, either open the folder and click ‘Extract All’ or right click on the folder and choose ‘Extract All.’ Make sure you click “Show extracted files when complete.” On Mac: Mac unzips files automatically, so all you need to do is download and play.
Open the extracted folder and double click on the game file (it’s an html file that will play in whichever browser you choose.)
The games look best in full-screen mode:
PC: fn + f11
Mac: command + control + f
The other files are all things that make the game work, like images and fonts. You don’t have to do anything with them, they just need to be there for the game to work.
NOTE: The game will only work on a desktop or laptop, not a phone or tablet
FAQs
Can I go back to previous pages?
Yes! There is a back button in the top left!
Why are some links purple?
In some of the games, links turn purple to indicate that you’ve already visited that page.
Why aren’t any illustrations showing? Is it just text?
All the games are illustrated on every page. If you’re not seeing illustrations, usually that means you need to go to the downloaded zip file, click ‘extract all’ and select ‘show extracted files'.’ This will open up a new unzipped folder. Open the game from here and the images should load correctly.
Another reason the illustrations might not show is if the game file is separated from the folder it was downloaded in. The game file needs to be in the same folder along with the other folder(s) that contain the files the game needs to run.
